The murder trial for Daniel Gonzalez is underway in San Antonio, with prosecutors arguing they have the evidence to prove he pulled the trigger and killed Donnell Sterling in 2024.

Sterling was killed in October 2024 at Victoria Plaza, a downtown San Antonio apartment complex.

Police found him dead inside his apartment.
