MARSHALL, Texas (KLTV) - Marshall police have arrested a man and woman accused of being involved in a chase while a child was in the car.

Kenneth Desmond Imasogie, 41, is charged with evading arrest and endangering a child and Denisha Dejuan Survia Daniels, 36, is charged with hindering apprehension and endangering a child.

According to a news release, officers tried to stop a 2006 Honda Accord at 10:21 a.m. but the driver, identified as Imasogie, would not stop.
