Defendant in home invasion case in Bandera gets 5 years.

According to the Bandera Bulletin, Kothan Hernandez pleaded guilty to burglary of a habitation with intent to commit a felony other than theft, a first-degree felony.

Hernandez along with Josiah Morrison and Christian Franco broke into the home of Chelsie Dawe and Jayden Rasmussen in 2024.
