COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) - A Normangee man was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant for online solicitation of a minor at Texas A&M University Thursday.

Chet Ryan Hannon, 35, was taken into custody without incident at Duncan Dining Hall by Texas A&M University Police Department (UPD) officers, according to university Assistant Chief of Police Bobby Richardson.

"DPS reached out to UPD about an arrest warrant out of Cameron County for Hannon," Richardson said.
