The Hill Country was fortunate enough to experience locally heavy rainfall Sunday and some locations picked up additional rainfall Monday.

Looking forward, the weather forecast becomes more unsettled next week and we could finally be experiencing a transition to closer to average temperatures next week.

Until then, it remains generally hot and humid with stray storms possible daily through Saturday.
