The American Legion Post 196 recently received $700 donation from Humphrey Pete's, which contributed a portion of its proceeds on July 30.

The donation will assist American Legion Post 196 with initiatives for the future, veterans, community member and youth education.

Potter's Pizza will be doing the same for American Legion Post 196 on Sept. 21.
