Kroger pharmacy customers in Texas may be eligible to claim a portion of a $17 million settlement related to misleading prescription drug pricing.

(Gray News) - A proposed class-action settlement could send money to some Kroger pharmacy customers who used insurance to pay for prescriptions, but they'll have to file a claim to get it.

A federal lawsuit, Kirkbride et al.

The Kroger Co., accuses Kroger of using misleading "usual and customary" pricing for certain prescription drugs.
