GROESBECK, Texas (KWTX) - A Groesbeck resident has been arrested and faces federal charges following a lengthy investigation into the downloading and distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Urbano Guerrero, Jr. was taken into custody without incident on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, around 4:00 p.m. The investigation, led by Mart Police Department Sgt. Rob Douglas of the Texas Attorney General's Crimes Against Children Task Force, revealed Guerrero possessed thousands of illicit images.

Investigators sent the media to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), which confirmed the files depicted children previously rescued from abuse or human trafficking.
