HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- Judge Dolores Lozano tells ABC13 she got quite the surprise when she checked her voter-registration status over the weekend.

Lozano, who is the elected Justice of the Peace in Harris County Precinct 2, Place 2, says her status showed up as "suspense." "I was really surprised to learn that was on there," Lozano said.

"It came out of nowhere." The Texas Secretary of State's website says a voter's status is listed as "suspense" when "the registrar is not certain of your residential address."
