COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) - Texas A&M announced its Kyle Field food vendors for the season, and Raging Bull Street Tacos is already deep into game day preparation."Prep is crazy. You're literally talking over a thousand pounds of meat, hundreds and hundreds of pounds of cheese, hundreds of hours of work," said Michael Marks, owner of Raging Bull Street Tacos.

Marks said his team of 40 to 50 people is preparing to feed thousands of fans throughout the season."We usually do close to 1,000 items throughout game day... thousands of tacos... hundreds and hundreds of pounds of corn. It is insane," Marks said.

As the only local food truck partner with Texas A&M Athletics, Marks said the demand on game day is intense."It will go from having five people in the line to having over a hundred people within 30 seconds... The Aggies come out to support other Aggies and the team, and it is amazing," Marks said.
