A man is accused of touching a woman inappropriately over the weekend after she was walking from a West Side business, San Antonio police said.

San Antonio police dispatched just before 9:30 a.m. Sunday to the 2000 block of South Zarzamora Street because a woman reported she was sexually assaulted, according to a preliminary report.

Before officers arrived, they were given a description of the suspect and took Michael Villarreal, 22, into custody, SAPD said.
