LAREDO, Tex.

(KGNS) - A man was arrested on July 29 after he allegedly pulled a handgun on another driver during a dispute over headlights, Laredo police said.

Officers responded to a person-with-a-gun call at about 1:43 a.m. in the 9600 block of Mallard Loop.
