HUBBARD, Texas (KWTX) - A Hill County day care owner was arrested earlier this week on charges she forced a 2-year-old toddler to bite another 2-year-old girl on the forearm at her Hubbard day care.

Jennifer Ann Garrett remains free on bond after her arrest Tuesday on a third-degree felony injury to a child charge.
