EAGLE PASS, Texas - A woman wanted for her alleged involvement in a fatal crash in El Paso was taken into custody Thursday, the Eagle Pass Police Department said.

Melanie Christine Cuellar, 29, had an active warrant out of El Paso for a collision involving death charge, according to Eagle Pass police.

The crime is considered a second-degree felony.
