GALVESTON, Texas - Investigators have arrested a woman in Galveston after receiving a cyber-tip that she had solicited the sale of a 12-year-old child for sex.

Liss Milton, 43, is charged with possession of visual material depicting sexual assault of a child.

The Galveston County Sheriff's Office says the investigation began after authorities received a cyber-tip from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
