HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Two weeks after the Texas Medical Board made disciplinary action public against a local plastic surgeon, the board renewed his license to practice in the state.

Dr. Dare Ajibade's renewed license allows him to practice medicine for two more years in Texas.

Attorney Kim Daily, who represents Dr. Ajibade, said, "This is a normal administrative matter occurring in accordance with the Texas Medical Board's procedures." 13 Investigates found four medical malpractice lawsuits filed against the doctor within a year.
