BARC says some of the dogs that were rescued after being found abandoned in a North Houston neighborhood met potential adopters Saturday.

The dogs were just some of the estimated 30-40 dogs found abandoned near Shady Lane and Bantum Street at about 10 p.m. Tuesday.

"Today, some of the dogs from the Shady Lane case will meet potential adopters for the first time. And we're really hoping they find their people," BARC said.
