The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for Kerr County and all of South Central Texas from 4 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday.

A strong cold front is expected to sweep through overnight.

North winds of 25 to 30 mph, with gusts of 40 to 50 mph, are expected from about sunrise until sunset Friday.
