BONHAM, Texas (KXII) - Homeowners in Bonham will see a property tax increase starting next year.

An average homeowner, with a house valued around $200,000, will see an increase of about $319 to their property taxes, or a little over $20 a month.

Homeowners with a $300,000 home would see an increase of about $400."So what does this for your bill?
