LEAGUE CITY, Texas - A U.S. Postal Service worker was arrested Thursday following a joint investigation in League City.

Investigators with the League City Police Department and the U.S. Postal Service Office of Inspector General arrested 46-year-old Richard Ybanez of Bacliff.

Ybanez was taken into custody a little before 3:30 p.m. Thursday afternoon in the parking lot of a convenience store on West League City Parkway.
