LAREDO, Tex.

(KGNS) - A Webb County deputy was flagged down by a worker Saturday, July 25, after he found an unresponsive man on the median of US 83 South, according to the sheriff's office.

The incident was reported at around 10:30 a.m. The worker was performing median maintenance on US 83 South, waved down a passing patrol deputy and reported a person lying on the median between the northbound and southbound lanes.
