What happens when you take one of the most famous stories ever told and make it just a little bit less serious?

How much silliness can you throw into a classic tale while keeping the audience invested in what is happening on stage? From the moment the lights come up, Brownwood High School's The Somewhat True Tale of Robin Hood pulls the audience into a world of comedy, fourth wall breaks, flashbacks, and a whole lot of things that you probably wouldn't expect from a Robin Hood story.

This production is not like anything that is typically seen in a more traditional telling of Robin Hood, but all of this is by design.
