On Friday, July 24, the Kerrville City Council hosted a budget workshop that was originally scheduled for July 16.

Because of the events of the past two weeks, many of the topics have shifted since the original date.

"Our main topic is disaster expense," said Kerrville Mayor Joe Herring Jr. as he opened the meeting.
