BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - 79-year-old Frank Lopez pleaded guilty to 10 counts of possession of child pornography, 2 counts of indecency with a child, and one count of online solicitation of a minor under 14.

Lopez was out on bond in July of 2025 for the solicitation charge when he was arrested the following month for the other 12 charges.

According to Brazos County Jail Records, the charges span across 30 years, with the first indecency with a child being in 1996, and the 2nd in 2019.
