LAREDO, Tex.
(KGNS) - A Laredo City Council meeting ended abruptly on Monday, July 29, when the clock hit 11 p.m., leaving some of the 64 residents who signed up to speak about data centers without a chance to address the council.
One man who interrupted the meeting was escorted out by Laredo police.
