The Taiwanese company said it's inked a 50-unit franchise agreement in Texas with Houston-based Bakers Acres & Cattle Co. - currently a Nothing Bundt Cakes franchisee - which will include new Gong Cha stores in San Antonio, Austin, Dallas and Houston.
