A South Carolina lottery player will not forget the date he won a jackpot, because it was also his wedding anniversary.

The Graniteville man has played the five numbers for a couple of years and it won him a $100,000 Palmetto Cash 5 jackpot on July 7.

He said he checked his ticket from the Pilot Travel Center on Bettis Academy Road over and over again."I told my wife, 'I have an anniversary present for you. I think we won $100,000,'" he said.
