A San Antonio home for sale designed by renowned architect Atlee Ayres has been on the market for the better part of a year but recently received a $25,000 price cut.
The property, now listed for $1,225,000, was designed by Ayres, who's known for his work on San Antonio landmarks including Municipal Auditorium, Smith Tower and the mansion that became the McNay Art Museum, which he designed with his son Robert.
Built in 1917, the impressive 5,183-square-foot house sits on a corner lot in an upscale residential neighborhood.
