"But our citizenship is in heaven, and from it we await a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ" (Philippians 3:20).
Frances Ridley Havergal was an English hymn writer and poet best known for her hymn, "Take My Life and Let It Be." She served the Lord in various ways, even becoming known as a scholar in her study of the Bible's original languages.
Unfortunately, like many of her era, she died way too young at the age of 42.
