TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - Extreme drought and economic factors are limiting options for beef buyers and putting pressure on farmers and ranchers in the state.
Lawmakers in Washington are working to solve to solve those problems with by importing more ground beef.
The Trump administration recently announced that imported ground beef would be tax-exempt and bought at a price 25% below its market value.
