A Houston woman says she was left scrambling for answers after a piece of the building at HCA Houston ER 24/7 - Montrose fell onto her car while she was with her friend inside, who was receiving medical care.

Esmeralda Ledezma said she was already on high alert that day because her friend had been sick for some time and was inside the emergency room receiving care.

"There was the rumbling noise of the building coming down, and we had thought maybe something upstairs had fallen," Ledezma said.
