East Side neighbors were concerned Saturday after a 16-year-old boy was killed in a shooting the night before Halloween.

Gloria Reyna said she did not even hear the sirens after falling asleep and was unaware anything had happened until she went outside Saturday morning.

"My neighbor, she asked me if I knew what happened, and I said no," Reyna said.
