Schreiner won the first set Saturday, then lost the next three to fall 3-1 to Mary Hardin-Baylor, 25-20, 21-25, 18-25, 21-25, in its regular-season finale at Stephens Family Arena.

The Mountaineers ended the regular season at 12-11 overall and 4-6 in the American Southwest Conference, after a 3-0 loss to East Texas Baptist on Friday.

Mary Hardin-Baylor, which won the first meeting 3-0 on Sept. 23 in Belton, swept the season series.
