(KGNS) - Laredo police arrested a man Sept. 16 after officers responding to a domestic disturbance said he assaulted a woman, threatened to kill her and headbutted an officer.

Officers responded at about 11:46 a.m. to an apartment in the 3500 block of North Milmo Avenue.

Police said it was alleged that the suspect, 38-year-old Brian Silva, was getting aggressive with a person known to him.
