18-wheeler loses load, pipes spread across SH-225 at I-610 exit ramp, images show

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Delays are building on the East Loop after an 18-wheeler overturned and lost its load along the exit ramp onto SH-225 on Tuesday morning, images show.

SkyEye13 was over the highway, where the truck and its load of pipes blocked multiple outbound lanes.
