A 10-year-old girl was seriously injured when struck by a vehicle while riding an electric scooter at an intersection in the Spring area of Harris County after failing to stop at a stop sign.

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas - A 10-year-old girl was seriously injured after she was struck by a vehicle while riding an electric scooter.

It happened this evening at the intersection of Lincolns Meadow Drive and Dukes Run Drive in the Spring area.

According to the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office, the girl entered the intersection without stopping at a stop sign.
