The Pedernales Creative Arts Alliance, sponsor of Oktoberfest, is accepting applications for arts-related grants.

PCAA was formed to encourage and develop cultural activities, promote the work and coordinate the efforts of artists and artisans residing in Fredericksburg and surrounding communities in Gillespie County.

The organization strives to provide a cultural climate of consistent quality and variety and to serve the community through participation, exposure and educational opportunities in the arts.
