GAINESVILLE, Texas (KXII) - A junior high custodian is off the job and under arrest after a student reported inappropriate physical contact earlier this month, according to Gainesville school officials.

District officials said the student told a campus officer the custodian, Hervey Nava, made her uncomfortable.

School officials said they immediately contacted state and local authorities and removed Nava from campus.
