WACO, Texas (KWTX) - Testimony is set to begin Tuesday morning in the trial of a seven-time convicted felon charged with improper sexual contact with a 10-year-old girl seven years ago.

Chad Everrett Chisholm, 46, a parolee with five stints in prison, is on trial in Waco's 19th State District Court on two enhanced counts of indecency with a child by contact.
