City Council is expected to vote Thursday on a proposed San Antonio Water System rate increase that would raise residential bills and help pay for major water and sewer infrastructure upgrades across the city.
If approved, the rate adjustments would run through 2030.
The City Council meeting is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. The meeting will be livestreamed in this article.
