A Universal City woman accused of stabbing her 9-year-old son to death last year was back in court Tuesday as she awaits the next step in her case.

Wilma Medina met with her attorneys in court, but the hearing itself was reset.

Medina is accused of stabbing her son to death inside their Universal City home in September 2025.
