BY TAEZER THOMPSON Multimedia Journalist Baskin-Robbins celebrated the grand opening of its Stephenville shop Saturday, Sept. 26, with discounted ice cream, music and a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The shop sits next to Buffalo Wild Wings and offered a 31-cent scoop to the first 50 guests in line, starting at 11 a.m. Scoops were also available for $1. 31 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., with a limit of four per guest.

DJ and prize-wheel giveaways were also a part of the celebration.
