The City of Brownwood recently recognized five outstanding employees with the ISERVE Award-its highest level of employee recognition.

The ISERVE Award honors individuals who exemplify the City's core values of Integrity, Service, Excellence, Respect, Vision, and Empathy through their daily work.

Recipients are considered the organization's employees of the year and are selected for consistently going above and beyond their normal job responsibilities in service to their coworkers, the organization, and the community.
