BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - A man has been arrested after Brazos County deputies say he stopped in the roadway, shifted into reverse and accelerated backward into a bicyclist-killing her on FM 159.

According to a probable cause affidavit from the Brazos County Sheriff's Office, Charles Eric Medina is accused of recklessly causing the death of Hannah Noelle Rapp on July 18th.
