Laredo man arrested on deceptive trade practice charge

A 25-year-old Laredo man was arrested for deceptive trade practice after accepting a roofing deposit and failing to complete the work or refund the money.

LAREDO, Tex.

(KGNS) - A Laredo man was arrested on a deceptive trade practice charge after a woman reported he accepted a deposit for a roofing project and failed to complete the work or return the money.

Ricardo Eduardo Espinosa Guevara, 25, was served with an arrest warrant on August 5 charging him with deceptive trade practice.
