KERRVILLE, Texas - A San Antonio man is sitting in the Kerr County Jail on $200,000 in bonds after a Kerr County Sheriff's Office traffic stop turned up roughly 3. 6 ounces of cocaine, bagged and ready for sale, capping what the Sheriff's Office describes as a months-long trafficking investigation.
Daniel Joseph Hinojosa, 44, is charged with Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 1, 4 grams or more but less than 200 grams - a first-degree felony in Texas.
According to a release from KCSO, the office's Special Operations Division, working alongside the Texas Department of Public Safety, developed information indicating Hinojosa was trafficking cocaine into Kerr County.
