JEFFERSON, Texas (KLTV) - The building and nearly everything in it is old, but plans are to make it new again.

The Jefferson Historical Museum is going to get a big makeover.

Although it's interesting to visit with plenty of surprising items, Jefferson Historical Society President Weldon Nash would like to see the Jefferson Historical Museum become more focused."We do have things that were just donated that don't pertain to Jefferson or Marion County," Nash said.
