PLAINVIEW, Texas (KCBD) - Plainview ISD officials confirmed Thursday afternoon that there is no active shooter at Plainview Junior High or any other district campus.
Plainview High School was placed on lockdown as a precaution while law enforcement responded to an incident near the campus.
Officials emphasized there is no active threat to the high school.
