FORT DAVIS COUNTY, Texas (KOSA) - Murder charges against Daniel Sullivan in the 2018 killing of his wife, Sophia Sullivan, have been dismissed as investigators continue to examine the case.

According to an update from the Jeff Davis County Sheriff's Office, the charges were dismissed because of new developments in the investigation.

The agency did not provide more details about those developments.
