(KGNS) - Laredo Stroke Support hosted its F.A.S.T. 5K Run and Walk and a mini health fair Saturday, Sept. 12, at North Central Park.

The race began at 8 a.m. The 5K was held to support local stroke survivors.

Organizers said proceeds help the group continue providing free programs, activities and support to stroke survivors and their families.
